Terms of Service
1. Parties
youTranslations, 10 Rue des Tourterelles, 53230 Cosse-le-Vivien, France (the Agency) and the client placing an order (the Client). These terms are governed by French law.
2. Services
We provide specialist translation in civil registry, NGO and humanitarian, real estate and property, HR and employment, energy and renewables, and creative and performing arts. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed and paid through our website via Stripe secure checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Delivery timelines
- Ruisseau: 5 business days (up to 600 words)
- Loire: 8 business days (up to 3,500 words)
- Chateau: 15 business days (up to 15,000 words)
- Fast-Track 48h add-on: 72 hours for up to 2,000 words
Business days exclude French national public holidays. Timelines confirmed at quote stage.
5. Corrections
7 calendar days from delivery for accuracy-related corrections at no charge, within the original project scope.
6. Confidentiality
All client content is treated as confidential. NDAs available on request.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the translated work transfer to the Client upon receipt of full payment.
8. Governing law
French law. Jurisdiction of the courts of Laval, Mayenne, France.
