Are your prices fixed or could they change? Pricing
Fixed. The quote we send you is the price you pay, provided the source document does not change after the project starts. If something outside the original scope comes up during the work, we discuss it before proceeding. There are no billing surprises.

We provide professional-grade specialist translation. We do not provide sworn translation (traduction assermentee) as a standard service. For documents requiring official certification, we can advise on the appropriate process and, where needed, coordinate with sworn translators in our network.
What is your correction policy? Legal
7 calendar days from delivery. Email hello@youtranslations.com with your order reference and a description of the inaccuracy. We respond within 1 business day and complete corrections within 3 business days. Corrections for accuracy within the original scope are free. New scope or stylistic changes are handled separately.
