Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All translation work is delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery. All services are completed and delivered online.

2. Delivery timelines

• Ruisseau plan: 5 business days (up to 600 words)
• Loire plan: 8 business days (up to 3,500 words)
• Chateau plan: 15 business days (up to 15,000 words)
• Fast-Track 48h add-on: 72 hours for documents up to 2,000 words

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding French national public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after project confirmation.

3. Project confirmation

After payment you receive an automatic Stripe confirmation email. Within 1 business day a coordinator contacts you to confirm the start and delivery dates and assigned specialist.

4. Supported file formats

We deliver in the format you specify. Supported formats include DOCX, PDF, HTML, XML, XLSX, XLIFF, SRT, InDesign and most standard file types.

5. Corrections

7 calendar days from delivery for accuracy corrections at no charge. See Refund Policy.
